Consultation
The first step in our process is to meet with you to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home. We’ll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions or concerns you may have. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other, establish a budget and determine if we’re the right builder for you!
Plans and Design
During this process, we secure a retainer for your project at our first design meeting. We assist you in the design and detail of your home, helping to establish allowances used in your final contract. Once plans are finalized, we submit a final contract for your approval.
Contract and Permit
After we receive the contract and your deposit, it's time to get your project started. We create a build schedule and prepare for the beginning of construction. Plans are sent to local governing agencies to apply for the building permit. Once the permit is processed and returned to us, we start construction.
Work Begins
Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with a schedule and contact information so you can reach out anytime with questions or concerns. Have a request? Let us know and we’ll give you a price quote for approval before moving forward.

Finishing Up
As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in the case that any issues arise with your home after we leave. By now you’ll be ready to move into your dream home and begin making memories.
